Why I entered the recruitment space

Way back in 2002, I first experienced recruiting while working as an HR office assistant for one of the island’s largest law firms. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about what people loved to do and what their stories were. After only 2 years in the role, I decided to

change careers in order to earn more money. Although the change served me well over time, I couldn’t help but feel like there was something missing. While working in a supervisory position in the corporate services industry, which included recruitment duties, my passion for recruitment was reignited. Additionally, after being a candidate of several recruitment agencies an epiphany occurred. This is what I love to do!

I believe that a company’s success relies heavily on its people. As a recruiter, I play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, which contributes to building strong, effective teams.

Ultimately, my decision to become a recruiter was fueled by a desire to make meaningful connections, help others navigate their careers, and play a part in shaping effective teams and organizations.

I started Precision Recruitment with all businesses in mind, as traditional recruitment services are often pricey. It is my objective to keep recruitment fees low while keeping client service high. Whether you’re a potential candidate or potential client, I look forward to partnering up with you!
